Cereali: cultura, coltivazione e salute

Appuntamento ad Arson (BL) il 7 marzo 2019 presso la sala sopra la Latteria alle ore 20.30.

La seconda serata dal titolo

ASPETTI SPIRITUALI, ALIMENTAZIONE, SALUTE

vedrà la partecipazione di

  • Paola Barattin con ‘Elementi di spiritualità. Buono come il pane: nutrimento, simbolo e dono’
  • Johannes Keintzel con ‘Valori nutrizionali dei cereali e tecniche di coltivazione sostenibile’
  • Gioia Dalla Gasperina con ‘I cereali e la salute. Dalla pellagra alla celiachia e nuove malattie. Le diete vegane e l’interesse per i prodotti alternativi (quinoa, grano saraceno, teff, ecc.)’
